• Data Responsibility: While PhantomSecure uses strong encryption and privacy-first design, users are responsible for maintaining their own backups. We cannot recover encrypted data if access credentials are lost.
• Service Availability: Early access services may experience interruptions, bugs, or performance issues. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted service during this period.
